Heat treatment of 40CrMoV4-6, 1.7711 steel:
- Annealing at a temperature of 680 - 730C
- Normalization at a temperature of 880 - 900C
- Annealing at a temperature of 830C
- Annealing at a temperature of 900 - 930C
- Normalization at a temperature of 650 - 720C
- Stress relief annealing after hardening at a temperature of 200C
- Stress relief annealing at a temperature 50C lower than tempering
